Kedupay operates as a licensed Money Service Business (MSB) and Payment Service Provider (PSP). We strictly adhere to all applicable laws, including:

• KYC (Know Your Customer): Verifying user identity to prevent fraud and ensure accountability.
• AML (Anti-Money Laundering): Monitoring and reporting suspicious financial activities.
• Data Protection: Safeguarding user data under GDPR and Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR).

4. Liability

Kedupay is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of our services.

Our responsibility is limited to verified funds and confirmed transactions within the Kedupay ecosystem.
